Site update question

Hello , i am owner of web service two-movies.com . I have been already added to ovguide and i would like to know , what is the best way to provide ovguide with my daily site updates ? I have already submited my sitemap (gave a url to one of moderators), but what should i list in this sitemap : all movies or just added movies ? (At this time I list all my movies). Or may i use MRSS format or may be something else. Could you give me an example of such file?

Hey Funny Face,

Our Engineering Team will accept any and all types of feed and try to make it work, but they prefer MRSS feeds.

As for the question about the content of the feed, with MRSS feeds they prefer only recently added content. Your Sitemap is best utilized for ALL content.
