Community online tv project?

I'm curious if anyone wants to get together to work on a solution for those who would still like to watch streaming tv online. I mean finding sources isn't a real issue..those stream sources aren't hard to come by but the player interface is not my m.o. I did and still do have a hybrid version of my site based on streaming tv which I deactivated because of broadcasters being shut down by their i.p.'s can anyone recommend a script or html based player that I can input my list of stream sources to? Or perhaps wants to collaborate our efforts and come up with something stable enough.

I got a huge chunk of this accomplished this week..testing out the first beta with a few bugs to fix (the streams take on average 25-30 seconds to initiate) will post results shortly.
